Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our team at PassQual Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our physicians in delivering high-quality medical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians with examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
  • Conduct routine administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and communication with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Collect and process laboratory specimens, ensuring accurate and timely results.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient examinations, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, responding to their needs and concerns in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a medical assisting or phlebotomy role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
  • Basic life support certification and phlebotomy certification preferred.
