We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ABLE Kids Services in Columbia, SC.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled BCBA to conduct functional behavior assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and oversee their implementation. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and will be responsible for training and supervising behavior technicians and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide effective services to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Write and revise behavior intervention plans and progress reports.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of services.
  • Communicate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and ensure alignment with treatment goals.
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavior analytic services.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities.
  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans.
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and writing assessment reports.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and work as part of the team.
