Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Helms Bros Mercedes-Benz. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for crafting a complete client purchase experience, from greeting to delivery, with the help of a supportive team of Sales and Business managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and establish rapport with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Assist with vehicle selection based on client's needs and your product knowledge.
- Conduct vehicle test drives to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for clients.
- Calculate lease and finance payments to provide clients with accurate and transparent information.
- Negotiate purchase prices to ensure fair and competitive deals for clients.
- Coordinate and conduct vehicle delivery to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for clients.
- Communicate with prospective and current clients to build strong relationships and drive sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in retail automotive sales.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple clients and tasks.
- Fluency in multiple languages to cater to a diverse client base.
- Computer literacy to efficiently manage sales data and customer information.
- Conscientious and meticulous work habits to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
