Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6 years in corporate communications, marketing, or creative leadership roles.
- Proven experience in leading creative teams and managing the creative development process.

Preferred:
- Familiarity with various creative disciplines, including digital, print, and multimedia production.
- Strong understanding of audience needs and the factors influencing their decision-making.
- Willingness to travel as needed for projects.
