We are collaborating with a prominent Airlines and Aviation organization to recruit an A&P Mechanic. Below is the detailed job description for your consideration.
Essential Qualifications for the A&P Mechanic:
#1. A valid A&P certificate is mandatory.
#2. Compliance with recent experience standards as outlined in 14 CFR 65.83 is required.
#3. A minimum of two years of professional experience in aircraft maintenance is preferred.
#4. Basic mechanical aptitude is necessary.
#5. Candidates must possess a personal set of aircraft maintenance tools.
#6. A valid driver's license is essential.
Responsibilities of the A&P Mechanic:
- Possession of a valid A&P certificate is crucial.
- Adherence to recent experience requirements per 14 CFR 65.83 is expected.
- Preferred: At least two years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Basic mechanical skills are required.
- Must have a personal toolkit for aircraft maintenance.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and guidance.
- Goal-oriented with a keen attention to detail; capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, and working overhead for extended durations.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Key Requirements:
- This position is strictly in-office; remote work is not an option.
- No sponsorships or visa holders will be considered. Corp-to-Corp arrangements are not applicable.
