Job Summary

Empire Airlines is seeking a highly skilled A&P Mechanic to join our team. As an A&P Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining our aircraft in a safe and airworthy condition, adhering to company maintenance manuals and Federal Aviation Regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on aircraft and components as outlined on work forms and in accordance with manufacturer's manuals and Empire Airlines' approved maintenance program.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all records and paperwork are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure aircraft are maintained in a safe and airworthy condition, adhering to company and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and promote a positive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • A&P Mechanic certification with a minimum of two years of experience working with company aircraft type.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with up to 25% travel required.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting up to 80 pounds.
