Quality Excellence Lead for Cancer Care Delivery

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Quality Excellence Lead to drive quality improvement initiatives in our cancer care delivery programs at Emory Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the implementation and analysis of care delivery processes, leading to enhanced effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead quality assessment and performance improvement programs across various cancer care settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive the successful implementation of value-based and cancer care programs
- Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate communication, collaboration, and data knowledge sharing
- Interpret and present data insights to inform hospital finance, accreditation, patient care workflows, and local and national performance benchmarks
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Health Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business, Informatics, Management Engineering, or other quality-related field) and five years of experience supporting healthcare quality programs
- Experience in Six Sigma or Lean and attainment of CPHQ within two years of employment
- Prior experience in developing and leading quality assessment and performance improvement programs in a large and complex acute healthcare environment, ambulatory setting, or cancer center is preferred
- Epic Certification is preferred

Estimated Annual Salary: $140,000 - $160,000
