Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Technologist - Travel

Job Summary:

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment. As a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, to help diagnose and treat patients.

Responsibilities:

* Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, to help diagnose and treat patients.

* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and efficient patient care.

* Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation of procedures.

* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment plans.

* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

* One to three years of experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Technologist.

* Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.

* Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, as well as follow verbal instructions.

* Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment, and perform bending and lifting.

* Ability to work effectively with a variety of personnel, including physicians and other health team members.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Other certifications may be required for this position.

* Ability to work under close supervision occasionally, as well as work without assistance from other personnel.

* Ability to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail.

* Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members.

* Ability to provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members.

* Ability to monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes.

* Ability to administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.

* Ability to monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit.

* Ability to share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.

* Ability to maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.

* Ability to transport patients as needed.

* Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
