• Responsible for sourcing materials by interpreting engineering drawings and schematics, ensuring accurate material identification, and preparing materials for production.
• Expertise in the precise assembly and fitting of components for various projects.
• Capable of comprehending technical documentation and other relevant materials, documenting production and quality metrics, and following verbal directives.
• Knowledgeable in automated welding processes and measurement techniques.
• Ability to assess weld integrity is essential.
• Must consistently meet or surpass production expectations.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Essential Skills
- At least five years of experience in MIG welding.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and instructions.
- Expertise in the assembly and fitting of project components.
- Familiarity with automated welding and measurement tools.
- Capability to evaluate weld quality.
- Certification in production welding or completion of a trade school program.
Interpersonal Skills
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Ability to operate independently without constant oversight.
- Consistent attendance and reliability.

Employment Type
This role is classified as a Contract-to-Hire position.

Non-climate controlled environment. Typical schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. Compensation: $23.25 per hour.
