Job Summary

Carolina Care Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents, ensuring their nutritional needs are met
  • Provide person-centered care to each resident, based on their individual care plan
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Perform patient care tasks as directed by the Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, in a safe and efficient manner
  • Respond to resident requests and communicate their needs effectively
  • Assist with transferring residents safely and respectfully
  • Document patient care records accurately and thoroughly
  • Maintain a clean and dignified environment for residents
  • Develop strong communication skills to interact with residents, their families, and other staff members
