Job Responsibilities

As a CNA with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in post-acute care facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Providing nursing care and support to residents
  • Checking vital signs and reporting to the nursing team
  • Observing resident conditions and alerting supervising staff to any concerns
  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for residents
  • Communicating with family members and other visitors
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a CNA with IntelyCare, you'll need:

  • A current Pennsylvania CNA certification
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals and residents
