Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, nurture, and expand intricate client relationships through effective relationship management, by comprehending the needs and priorities of clients and financial decision-makers, responding promptly, communicating strategically, managing expectations, and soliciting constructive feedback.
2. Lead the structuring, modification, and renewal of complex cash flow, real estate loans, and other industry-specific solutions within Commercial Banking by analyzing financial data, presenting to clients, coordinating with internal teams, and collaborating with senior colleagues to execute more intricate transactions.
3. Review, comprehend, and provide the complete suite of sophisticated solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients to address complex needs requiring a solid understanding and thorough evaluation, by engaging product teams to develop tailored client solutions, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses, strategic goals, operational priorities, and financial positions.
4. Make informed decisions in complex and multifaceted situations within the Commercial Banking Relationship Management team, necessitating a solid grasp of relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and guide the team to meet objectives and drive new initiatives.
5. Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and middle to senior-level managers to resolve client issues while achieving Wells Fargo's business goals, assisting clients in navigating Wells Fargo's processes, escalating inquiries when necessary, and identifying and recommending opportunities for process enhancements and risk control improvements; serve as a mentor for junior colleagues.
6. Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the complete suite of solutions and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines by ensuring information is current in relevant systems.
7. Support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients by fostering relationships through existing networks.
8. Partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide insights and recommendations to leadership on client and market needs to enhance the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Commercial Banking Relationship Management, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, and education.

Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the Commercial Automotive sector.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of commercial or specialty group lending, loan servicing, products, and credit practices.
Extensive knowledge of negotiating interest rates, pricing, terms, and collateral requirements.
Strong understanding of risk management principles.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.

Job Expectations:

Travel may be required up to 75% of the time. This position may follow a hybrid work schedule.

Compensation: The pay range for this role is between $133,000 and $237,100.00.
