- Develop and adapt educational materials, resources, and techniques to meet the needs of students with diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Establish and maintain effective discipline and management procedures to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to maximize learning opportunities and support student success.
- Bachelor's degree in Middle Grades Education in Science or related field.
- Valid standard professional teaching certificate in General Science.
- Knowledge of federal laws protecting the educational services for students with disabilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
