The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for developing a comprehensive production schedule for finished goods, ensuring alignment with inventory management and seasonal strategies.

This role encompasses planning for both internal and external manufacturing processes across various North American sites.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the ERP system to ensure accurate and efficient data management, as well as providing support and best practices to local planners in different regions.


Core Responsibilities:
1. Execute monthly planning processes and regional site decisions.
2. Oversee the maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOM) and recipes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

3. Keep the ERP system updated with safety stock levels, BOMs, and costs, ensuring all linkages are functioning correctly.

4. Conduct monthly Master Production Scheduling (MPS).

5. Generate work orders and manage inventory data. Act as the primary liaison for demand management and customer service regarding product availability and production schedules.

6. Collaborate with product managers on new product introductions or modifications to existing products within the designated locations.

7. Create and update branch plant information and SKU details as necessary.

8. Maintain regular communication with external manufacturing sites to discuss production plans, monitor campaigns, and assess improvement initiatives.

9. Manage all post-production reconciliations.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
- Ability to creatively identify and resolve issues.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels.

Demonstrated urgency and a team-oriented, customer-focused approach.
