Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement analog-mixed signal circuit block designs that meet or exceed customer expectations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and develop block-level specifications
* Drive mask design for layout views of designs and generate IP Kit views/files
* Define production/bench-level test plans and conduct design reviews to ensure designs meet spec targets and requirements
* Contribute to the development of industry-leading methodologies and flows for analog-mixed signal design

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* 10+ years of experience in analog mixed-signal design
* Strong understanding of analog mixed-signal concepts, including mismatch mitigation, linearity, stability, low-power, and low-noise techniques
* Experience with Tx/Rx equalization techniques and circuits, such as de-emphasis, CTLE, and DFE
* Familiarity with CDR architectures and implementations
* Design experience in advanced CMOS technologies
* Estimated salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year
