We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $120,000, depending on location and experience. The requirements for this role include a Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. Additionally, proficiency with Cadence, Synopsys, or similar schematic capture, layout, and simulation tools is essential for designing analog IP circuits.
Duties:

  • Design, simulate, and optimize analog IP circuits.
  • Characterize and model analog IP and I/O libraries to support mixed-signal design flow.
  • Release and maintain analog IP and I/O libraries and models.
  • Work with layout teams to get the IP on silicon.
  • Develop Verilog models for the IP and provide guidance for integration of the IP into the chip level floorplan.
