Job Title:
Operating Supervisor

Location:
Northbrook, IL

Schedule:
1st Shift 6:30am – 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily shift operations to ensure production goals are met
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees for success
• Report production numbers and assist operators with daily issues
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Collaborate with HR for employee performance documentation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operations efficiency

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree OR High School diploma with 4+ years of manufacturing management experience
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and ERP systems
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work all shifts and overtime as needed

Physical Environment:
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be comfortable working in a chemical environment

Compensation:
$25.10 per hour
