Job Summary

We are seeking an EHS Manager to join our team. As an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of our employees and the resident communities we serve. You will provide leadership and guidance to our staff, ensuring that quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to our staff, ensuring that quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our staff to meet HCSG standards, including touring various areas at the facility to assess work quality.
  • Reporting and Communication: Effectively communicate with client managers, building occupants, and administrators to ensure that directives are carried out.
  • Customer and Resident Experience: Positively represent HCSG by following instructions, being courteous, and cooperative with supervisor, co-workers, and client staff.
Requirements
  • Basic Computer Skills: Maintain records and complete reports as required, including web-based reporting.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies: Comply with all policies, as required by State, Local, and/or our Customers.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
