We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Northside Hospital. As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our hospital.
About the RoleThe Registered Professional Nurse at Northside Hospital will be responsible for independently planning and providing professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans of care for patients.
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
- Less than one year of experience as a registered professional nurse.
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS).
- BSN degree preferred.
- Other preferred RN attributes are unit specific. Please refer to the specific clinical unit.
