- Lead by Example: Demonstrate leadership skills, supervise less-skilled nursing personnel, and promote best practices within the profession of nursing.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Record patients' medical information, vital signs, and treatment plans.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Remain knowledgeable about specific state laws and regulations governing practice, and complete initial and annual clinical competencies.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Licensure: Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- Certification: Active CPR certification.
- Experience: Acute care experience preferred.
- Competitive Salary: $42-44 hourly wage.
- Shift Differential: $3.50 shift differential for night shifts.
