We are looking for a skilled Pool Lifeguard Specialist to join our team at the Kodiak, AK – MWR Pool location. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience for pool guests.

Responsibilities:

  1. Enforce pool rules and regulations
  2. Provide information to swimmers regarding safety procedures
  3. Attend aquatics and safety training programs
  4. Assist in maintaining pool cleanliness and organization

Qualifications:

  • Must possess American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with pool patrons
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
