Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality processes and procedures to meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians to ensure the quality of products and services.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal and delivered quality performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry certifications such as AS9100 and AS13100.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.
  • Experience in managing quality or continuous improvement in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of success as a team leader and motivator.
  • Strong understanding of quality tools including APQP/PPAP, 8D RCCA, Statistical Process Controls, Lean Six Sigma, and Auditing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in MS office products including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 and AS13100 is strongly preferred.
