About the Role- Lead a team of educators in delivering high-quality Montessori education to toddlers
- Design and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students

- Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to instruction as needed
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a smooth transition between home and school
- Early Childhood Education Certificate or equivalent college degree
- Previous Montessori teaching experience preferred
- Montessori Certification preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
