About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Meat Cutter to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will play a critical role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, communicate effectively, and develop interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations to provide high-quality meat products to members.
  • Be a Business Leader: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement, making immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality.
  • Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensuring operational excellence, planning for profitability, and maintaining a work area according to company policies and procedures.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club, valuing the member's experience in the meat area and modeling high-quality service and products.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
