**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop, implement, and drive accountability of the Vulcan Baltimore location's EHS initiatives and programs.
* Collaborate with the Corporate EHS Team to ensure consistency with Enterprise initiatives and policies.

**Safety and Environmental Leadership:**

* Foster an environment that encourages superior Safety Awareness and Environmental Stewardship through the implementation and support of safety & environmental management processes.
* Lead and refine the safety committee, safety audit process, reporting, and develop action items to drive improved safety culture.

**Risk Reduction and Incident Investigation:**

* Collaborate with site Engineering & Operations teams in proactive identification and reduction of EHS risk.
* Investigate any safety incidents, provide root cause analysis, and set plans to address improvement opportunities.

**Training and Development:**

* Develop and lead factory safety trainings.

**Requirements:**

* Strong leadership and communication skills.
