Job Overview

ExpressPros - Madison is seeking a skilled forklift operator for a prominent agricultural nutrition facility. This FDA-approved plant is located in a thriving area and offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dedicated and cohesive team, playing an essential role in our operations.

Compensation: Starting wage ranges from $18 to $20 per hour. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and evaluate incoming shipments from suppliers.
  • Maintain precise inventory management by efficiently organizing products.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
  • Repair and repackage damaged bags to maintain product quality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and a positive demeanor.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 60 lbs.
  • Basic proficiency in math and reading.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on safety and accuracy.
