Job Title: Forklift Operator

Join ABR Employment Services as a Forklift Operator and contribute to the success of our warehouse operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods and materials within our facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklift equipment to perform required duties to support production, fill customer orders, and ensure consistent flow of materials.
  • Meet department goals for efficiency and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
  • Fill customer and production orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that product is stored, received, and shipped to quality standards.
  • Perform timely and accurate transactions to maintain the integrity of inventory systems.
  • Maintain department equipment by performing daily checks and maintain department KPI's.
  • Perform cleaning as needed to maintain GMP/AIB requirements.
  • Follow all policies and procedures regarding safety and participate in company and department safety initiatives.
  • Communicate with all customers and team members in a courteous, prompt, and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (1) year of relevant warehouse experience.
  • Ability to pass vision test including: Visual acuity-corrected vision of at least 20/40: peripheral and depth perception.
  • Must complete forklift certification upon hire.
Preferred Skills:
  • Basic Math, Computer, and Mechanical Skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Forklift experience (both stand-up and sit-down lift preferred).
