At Jim Norton Toyota - OKC, we are seeking a highly skilled Collision Repair Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and complete damage estimates for customers, negotiating with insurance adjusters, and managing billing and shop income-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present thorough, detailed estimates for vehicle repairs
  • Negotiate with insurance providers to secure fair compensation for repairs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, estimates, and repair progress
  • Collaborate with our collision center team to ensure seamless execution of repairs

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401(k) retirement plan, group life insurance, flexible spending account, and paid vacation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of automotive experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in multi-line phone system and computer skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
