Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects adhere to timelines and milestones.
- Oversee schedule management, quality control, safety enforcement, budget supervision, team coordination, and reporting and documentation.
- Promote and enforce a culture of safety, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of superintendent experience with knowledge of all relevant safety guidelines and practices.
- Experience with ground-up construction, with a strong background in multifamily projects.
- Nice to have: design/build experience, degree in a construction-related field, wood frame experience, and projects over $15 million.
