  • Conducting comprehensive quality evaluations and assessments.
  • Overseeing raw material inspections and providing expert guidance on quality issues.
  • Utilizing statistical methods to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Addressing consumer feedback promptly and formulating corrective action plans.
  • Coordinating with external sanitation providers to ensure effective sanitation practices.
  • Performing root cause analyses and implementing corrective measures for quality and safety concerns.
  • Ensuring compliance with prerequisite programs and environmental monitoring protocols.
  • Developing and maintaining the HACCP and food safety plans.
  • Facilitating third-party audits and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Mentoring and developing future leaders in the Quality Assurance field.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within a food manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • A degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Certifications from recognized quality associations.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct detailed technical analyses.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
