Role Overview

This is a fully remote position, exclusively open to U.S. residents, requiring a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional projects and drive impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning and Execution:
    • Define project scope: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
    • Develop roadmaps: Create detailed project roadmaps, outlining milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams: Ensure seamless collaboration between engineering, product management, marketing, and other departments to achieve program goals.
    • Monitor progress: Track project progress using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), identify bottlenecks, and adjust plans as needed to stay on schedule.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Understand technical requirements: Analyze complex technical challenges and translate them into clear requirements for engineering teams.
    • Facilitate problem-solving: Lead discussions to address technical challenges, explore innovative solutions, and drive consensus among team members.
    • Quality assurance: Ensure that technical deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with company objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as a liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
    • Communicate complex concepts: Simplify and convey technical details in a way that non-technical stakeholders can understand.
    • Manage expectations: Proactively communicate project status, risks, and updates to senior management and clients.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify risks: Assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Implement solutions: Monitor and address issues promptly to prevent project delays or scope creep.
    • Contingency planning: Prepare contingency plans to address unexpected challenges or changes in scope.
