Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to join our team at the University of Houston. As a Director of Innovation Ecosystems, you will be responsible for leading our efforts in developing partnerships with external incubators, accelerators, and startup ecosystems. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise in budget management, staff supervision, and conflict resolution will be essential in driving the success of our program.

About the Role:
As a Program Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for partnership development with external incubators, accelerators, and startup ecosystems. You will also build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, identify opportunities for collaboration, and develop plans for joint programming and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies for partnership development with external incubators, accelerators, and startup ecosystems.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including program directors, entrepreneurs, and investors.
* Identify opportunities for collaboration and develop plans for joint programming and initiatives.
* Manage budgets, supervise staff, and resolve conflicts as needed.

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $140,000 per year.
