Job Responsibilities:

In this contractor role, the MD will be responsible for establishing the TapestryHealth patient relationship for our chronic care management services.

  • Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly within our platform at time of visit.
  • Active, unrestricted, Medical Licenses in Texas.
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to assigned buildings.
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care and improving health outcomes.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare technology.
  • Ability to travel within 1-2 hours of assigned region.

Compensation Structure:

$25 per patient visit, paid upon completion of assigned facility census. Mileage reimbursement available.
