Job Overview

The Automotive Technician Apprentice will work closely with senior technicians to perform service repairs within a professionally supervised environment. This role is ideal for individuals who have a basic knowledge of automotive mechanical systems and are looking to develop their skills in medium and heavy-duty truck repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete essential training as outlined by the employer/mentor
  • Perform general repairs on basic truck mechanical systems with supervision
  • Strive to complete assigned work in a timely professional manner while following all prescribed safety policies
  • Work harmoniously with management, co-workers, and customers to ensure a best-in-class repair experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Be a full-time student enrolled in a program-related co-op
  • Have completed a minimum of 50% of the required classroom hours or possess equivalent skillset

Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience
