Service Technician Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our service team at Worldwide Equipment Enterprises Inc. As a critical member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing complex repairs on medium and heavy-duty trucks, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues, and collaborating with management, co-workers, and customers to deliver exceptional results.

In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of all systems associated with these vehicles to diagnose and repair problems efficiently, teach apprentice technicians on general repair processes, and contribute to the development of safe working habits within the department. Your strong analytical skills, combined with your proficiency in using electronic diagnostic tools, will enable you to excel in this position.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of related experience, and/or training. You should possess effective written communication skills, the ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents and flowcharts used to diagnose truck systems, and the physical stamina to stand for extended periods while working in a fast-paced environment.
