Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, focusing on functional and adaptive skills.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and coordination of care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and progress monitoring to inform treatment planning and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, treatment plans, and billing information.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • At least one year of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
