We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Tax to join our team at Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. This role will be responsible for managing income tax compliance and reporting for regions outside of the United States.
Key Responsibilities- Manage federal income tax compliance and reporting for international operations, including preparation of annual consolidated tax returns and coordination with outsourced and internal teams.
- Manage international tax attributes, determine estimated payment requirements, and reconcile tax liability accounts.
- Prepare and assist with quarterly and annual tax provisions, as well as FIN 48 issues related to international operations.
- Explore tax planning opportunities to minimize tax exposure and manage tax audits, authority correspondence, and transfer pricing matters.
- Assist with tax analysis of M&A activity and other special projects as requested by the Head of Tax.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
- CPA preferred.
- 8-10 years of combined international corporate tax experience in both industry and Big 4 public accounting preferred.
