Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the opening and closing of the Splash food and beverage outlet, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of approximately 50 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality in food, beverage, and service, ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste.
  • Cash Handling and Security: Ensure accurate cash handling, inventory control, and awareness of theft, maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and execute large groups and special functions, including holidays, ensuring seamless execution and excellent guest satisfaction.
  • Restaurant Events: Operate restaurants special events, coordinating staffing and service to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Opening and Closing Duties: Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring the outlet is prepared for guest arrival and departure.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of two years supervisory experience in Food and Beverage, with high-volume experience preferred.
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations.
  • Schedule: Must have a flexible schedule and be available on weekends and holidays.
