We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Splash food and beverage outlet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and timeliness in food, beverage, service, and ambiance.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the opening and closing of the Splash food and beverage outlet, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of approximately 50 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality in food, beverage, and service, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste.
- Cash Handling and Security: Ensure accurate cash handling, inventory control, and awareness of theft, maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and execute large groups and special functions, including holidays, ensuring seamless execution and excellent guest satisfaction.
- Restaurant Events: Operate restaurants special events, coordinating staffing and service to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Opening and Closing Duties: Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring the outlet is prepared for guest arrival and departure.
- Experience: Minimum of two years supervisory experience in Food and Beverage, with high-volume experience preferred.
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of hotel food and beverage operations.
- Schedule: Must have a flexible schedule and be available on weekends and holidays.

The employee must be able to deftly maneuver between tight confines in the bar and pool areas, including on occasionally wet pool deck surfaces, while clearing items and/or carrying trays of food and beverages. The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
