Position Overview

This is a full-time, hybrid role that encompasses various responsibilities in the recruitment and hiring process.

The Recruitment Specialist will take the initiative to identify, engage, and coordinate interviews with potential candidates. This role requires maintaining effective communication throughout the hiring process, leading discussions on offers in accordance with established protocols, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the complete staffing cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and negotiating salaries to secure top talent.
  • Creates and executes recruitment strategies aimed at attracting high-quality candidates.
  • Builds and sustains positive relationships to ensure effective communication with staff, leadership, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and the general public.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the requirements for both clinical and non-clinical positions, collaborating closely with hiring leaders to fulfill these needs with qualified candidates.
  • Prepares and extends offers to selected candidates, ensuring they receive all necessary information to succeed in their new roles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Proficient computer skills to effectively utilize HRIS systems and facilitate communication.
  • Ability to travel as needed during various times of the day and in different weather conditions.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
