Job Title: Route Sales Representative

Frito-Lay is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Route Sales Representative to join our team. As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of products to local stores, including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and merchandise Frito-Lay products to local stores
  • Sell and promote Frito-Lay products to store managers and customers
  • Partner with store managers to increase sales and improve product placement
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions
Requirements:
  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state
  • Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification
