Relais & Châteaux is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at The Wauwinet, Nantucket's only member of Relais & Châteaux. As a Line Cook, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, ensuring dishes are creative and appealing to our guests.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position at a similar property.
  • Certification of culinary training or apprenticeship is desired.
  • Excellent attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor.
