Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate the physical and psychosocial health of individuals and families
- Develop and implement therapeutic plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and families
- Order laboratory and radiographic studies as necessary
- Consult with collaborating physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current Massachusetts licensure authorizing practice in an expanded role
- Current DEA number and Mass DPH registration to prescribe controlled substances
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
