Job Overview

Leidos is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Manager to support our team in managing hardware and software purchases for a complex system. The selected individual will work closely with Infrastructure Teams, System Test, System Administration, Integration Engineers, and Software Engineers to identify purchase requirements and track hardware and software statuses.

Main Responsibilities

  • Purchase software licenses and hardware assets through all steps of the procurement life cycle.
  • Track hardware warranties and software maintenance periods to ensure no lapses in support.
  • Monitor multiple ticket queues and respond to requests as they are received within Service Level Agreements.
  • Support multiple Technical Task Orders and update related Bills of Material.
  • Work with program team members to ensure a streamlined procurement of materials against program requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in Logistics, Quality Control, Data Management, Hardware/Software Management, or related disciplines.
  • Substantial knowledge of IT equipment, hardware, and software.
  • Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOMs).
  • Knowledgeable of purchase requisitions.
  • Proficient with Excel Spreadsheets and familiar with formulas.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $78,000 - $141,000 per year, based on industry standards and the company's compensation structure.
