Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to join our team on a part-time weekend shift. This role will involve providing quality, clinical services to patients in various settings within the community.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver skilled nursing care in various settings within the community, utilizing thorough and timely electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communications.
  • Perform admissions process and case management responsibilities in accordance with MGB Home Care's policies and standards of practice.
  • Assess, teach, treat, document, and coordinate care for patients, demonstrating high-quality customer service and financial awareness.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
  • Current Massachusetts license as Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum of one year previous nursing experience in acute care setting. Prior home care experience preferred.
  • Ability to work with various computer software required and knowledge of hand-held patient care computer devices preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with ability to work with diverse population.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and electronically.
  • Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and adapt to unpredictable circumstances.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, based on qualifications and experience.
