Mobile Service Technician

BROKEN HOSE INC is a leading provider of mobile hose services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Service Technician to join our team in Statesville. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our diverse customer base.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a mechanically inclined individual with excellent communication skills to take their career to the next level. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, assembling, and installing hoses for various industries, including manufacturing, construction, and rental companies.
Responsibilities- You will be operating out of a well-equipped PIRTEK Service & Supply Center in a purpose-built mobile hose workshop/van and carrying out service calls in the local area.
- Your responsibilities will include equipment disassembly and reassembly, as well as servicing, assembling, and installing hoses for a diverse customer base.
- You will also be required to develop close relationships with new and existing customers, manage mobile inventory, and perform basic upkeep of provided equipment.
- We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, open-minded, and have a positive attitude.
- Candidates must possess a strong sense of responsibility to the customer and the job, be mechanically inclined, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Formal education or certification in hydraulic, automotive, diesel, welding, or a related field is beneficial.
- You should also be PC/tablet competent and have good communication skills.
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a basic mechanical aptitude test are essential.
- You must also be willing to undergo a drug screening.
