Position: Leasing Consultant, Full Time

We are seeking a proactive individual with experience in Onesite, who embodies professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and a team player, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a comprehensive sales desk, including sales calls, responding to leasing inquiries, providing community details, and scheduling tours for prospective residents.
  • Engage with potential and current tenants, showcase available apartments, clarify pricing and lease terms, process rental applications, and negotiate lease renewals.
  • Document and track all traffic/guest card information for prospects, send thank-you notes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Stay informed about local market conditions and trends, and conduct market surveys as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management, staff, and external contacts.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer service, sales, and interpersonal interactions.
  • High school diploma required; background in management, office administration, and mathematics preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of successful sales experience in the multi-family sector is essential.
  • Experience with lease-up processes is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with leads management systems (TAA and Onesite software experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
  • Availability to work weekends is required.
  • Prior customer service experience is beneficial.
  • At least one year of relevant experience is needed.

Work Schedule:

  • 9 am to 6 pm
  • Saturday availability from 10 am to 5 pm is necessary.
