Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized counseling and behavioral interventions to youth in a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with the clinical staff team to develop and implement individual treatment plans, addressing social, emotional, medical, and mental health needs.
• Participate in therapeutic, educational, and recreational activities with youth, promoting emotional and behavioral growth.
• Monitor daily behaviors and mental health interventions, documenting progress and intervention needs.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, reinforcing emotional and behavioral improvements.
• Communicate effectively with the clinical staff team, supervisors, and teachers regarding treatment progress and intervention strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (education, psychology, social work, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-year working experience in counseling dependent, delinquent, or at-risk youth preferred.
