Custodian Assistant

Rising Star Resource Development Corporation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.

• Perform general custodial functions, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning windows, light fixtures, and floors
• Restroom maintenance, replenishing supplies, and applying cleaning chemicals as needed
• Perform minor maintenance and repair work on custodial equipment
• Clean, dust, and inspect areas such as restrooms, offices, and other facilities as needed
• Operate floor maintenance equipment, including buffers, strippers, upright and backpack vacuums
• Inspect buildings for cleanliness, completed work, and needed repairs
• Maintain inventory records of building property, custodial equipment, materials, supplies, and equipment

• Graduation from a standard High School or equivalent is generally preferred
• At least one year experience in custodial work
• Bilingual (English) preferred and Spanish but not necessary

$ per hour (depending on experience)
