Position: Event Server/Bartender

Teri Campus of Life is seeking enthusiastic Servers/Bartenders to provide exceptional Food & Beverage service at various events, including weddings and corporate gatherings. Our ideal candidates will excel in a team-oriented environment, engaging positively with clients to enhance their experience. A polished demeanor and extensive knowledge of food and beverages are essential, along with a commitment to our Mission, Vision, and Values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare banquet areas according to service requirements.
  • Ensure readiness for service by polishing utensils and setting up necessary items.
  • Assist in food preparation before and during events.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, including appetizers and plated meals.
  • Efficiently deliver food from the kitchen to the event space.
  • Support post-event cleanup, inventory management, and food storage.
  • Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
  • Comply with local laws regarding alcohol service.
  • Set up and dismantle bar and beverage stations.
  • Provide bartending services as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Employment Status: Part-time, on-call/as needed

Compensation: Hourly wage plus tips and gratuity

Qualifications:

  • Valid Serve certification required.
  • ABC Certification is mandatory.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Able to thrive in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication skills for interaction with guests and team members.
  • Availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation for late-night shifts.
