About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Soft Drinks Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Refresco.

As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our soft drinks meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Batch control: Accurately follow batch instruction sheets, dispense and weigh dry ingredients, and ensure correct formulation and mixing instructions.
  • Quality testing: Perform chemical analysis, microbiological testing, calibration of equipment, effluent/water sampling, and documentation control.
  • Safety protocols: Ensure all safety protocols are met, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), cleaning in place (CIP) systems, and transfer cleaning chemicals.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with production teams, management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a scientific field (Microbiology preferred).
  • High school education minimum.
  • Experience in soft drinks manufacturing or related field.
  • Understanding of GMP, Lab Safety, Standard Methods, and processes.
